1. Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed to ensure your flowers, plugs, or seeds arrive fresh and healthy.
Processing times vary by product and season:

Seeds: usually ship within 3โ5 business days.

Plant plugs: require more care and are shipped according to our growing and seasonal schedules.

Cut flowers: available for local delivery or farm pickup only.
Youโll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
2. Shipping Options
We currently offer shipping within Canada (excluding some remote areas) for seeds and select plugs.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or another trusted courier.

Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times depend on your location and carrier service levels.
Please note: cut flowers are not shipped due to their delicate nature. They are available for local pickup or delivery only.
3. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available directly from our farm.

Youโll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Please bring your order confirmation and arrive during the designated pickup hours listed in your email.

Orders not collected within 48 hours of notification may be forfeited or rescheduled depending on product availability.

4. Local Delivery (if applicable)
We offer local delivery for cut flower bouquets and arrangements within our service area.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on distance.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your flowers on the scheduled delivery day.
5. Weather and Seasonal Considerations
Because we work with live plants and fresh flowers, shipping may be delayed in extreme weather (heat, frost, etc.) to protect product quality.
Weโll contact you promptly if your order is affected by weather or seasonal conditions.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the damaged items.
Weโll work with you to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement according to our Return & Refund Policy.
