At Alexis Flower Farm, we take great care to ensure that all our plant plugs and seeds are of the highest quality when they leave our farm. Because these are living and perishable products, we are unable to accept returns once they have been shipped or picked up.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will gladly review your concern and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or credit.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved if:

  • The wrong items were sent.

  • The plugs or seeds arrived damaged or non-viable upon arrival.

  • Your order was cancelled before shipping.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Plant plugs, seedlings, and seeds after theyโ€™ve been shipped or planted.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or planting after delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not yet been shipped.
